User Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is published and drafted in accordance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (“PDPA”) and subordinate regulations. By filling the sign-up form offered by us for booking packages with respect to health screening, you (“You”/ “I”) agree to the terms of this User Agreement regarding your personal data and, where applicable, your sensitive personal data.Definitions & Parties
In this Agreement:- “You” or “I” means any individual who fills out or submits the sign-up form made available on the website of NURA Thailand to book health-screening packages.
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” means the entity (NURA Thailand) collecting, retaining and using your personal data for the stated purposes.
- “Personal data” has the meaning under the PDPA: any information relating to a natural person which enables that person to be identified, directly or indirectly.
- “Sensitive (or special) personal data” under the PDPA includes categories such as health data, genetic data, biometric data, disability, etc.
Collection, Purpose & Consent
- I understand and acknowledge that my sensitive personal data or information (SPDI) (e.g., health screening results, medical history, biometric/AI-derived health indicators) is being collected by you.
- I understand and have knowledge of the purpose for which my sensitive personal data or information is collected, used and stored (i.e., for the health-screening, analysis, optional follow-up, etc).
- I understand and have knowledge of the intended recipients of my information (which may include: the NURA Thailand entity, its service-partners, labs, developers, maybe overseas data processing providers, as applicable).
- I understand and have the knowledge of the name and address of the agency/entity that is collecting, retaining and using this information (i.e., the registered address of NURA Thailand, plus any contact details for data matters).
- I understand that I have the option not to provide the data or information sought via the sign-up form — in which case I may not be able to access or complete the booking/service.
- I understand that I also have the option (while filling the sign-up form) to withdraw my consent that I gave to NURA Thailand. I understand and accept that such withdrawal of consent shall be sent via email to the Grievance Officer at hello@nurathailand.com and that withdrawal may impact my ability to continue benefiting from the service (or may lead to deletion/anonymization of my data).
- I understand that you will (where applicable) inform me if there is any transfer of my personal data outside Thailand, and I consent to such transfer (or have the right to decline), in accordance with the PDPA’s rules on cross-border transfers.
- I understand that appropriate technical, organisational and physical measures will be implemented by NURA Thailand to protect my personal data (especially sensitive data) from unauthorised access, use, disclosure or destruction.
- If I fail to comply with this User Agreement, or provide false or misleading data, or engage in misuse of services, NURA Thailand shall have the right to terminate or suspend my access / usage rights to the website and services.
Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand (including the PDPA and any subordinate regulations). Any dispute arising in connection with the collection, use or processing of my personal data may be submitted to the relevant regulatory body in Thailand.Acceptance
I agree that by submitting the sign-up form I have read and understood this Agreement and consent to the collection, processing and use of my personal data in accordance with the terms herein.USER AGREEMENT
This user agreement is published and drafted in accordance & compliance with Section 43 A of IT Act 2008, IT Rules 2011 (Intermediary guidelines) and Rule 3 (a) of Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, that require intermediaries to have a user agreement regarding sensitive personal data or information (SPDI).
By filling the sign-up form made available on www.nura.in for booking packages offered by M/s. NURA * with respect to AI health screening, you agree to the terms of the user agreement regarding your sensitive personal data or information (SPDI).
Rule 3(b)- Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
M/s. NURA * herein informs you that in case of any non-compliance to this User Agreement, NURA shall the right to terminate the access or usage rights to www.nura.in

M/s. NURA * shall inform you regarding any changes in this User Agreement periodically or once a year as the case may be.
For the purpose of this User Agreement, the terms “You”, “I” shall mean any user browsing, filling the details in the sign-up form made available on www.nura.in for booking packages offered by us with respect to the AI health screening
TERMS
1. I understand and have the knowledge that my sensitive personal data or information is being collected.
2. I understand and have the knowledge of the purpose for which my sensitive personal data or information is collected.
3. I understand and have the knowledge of the indented recipients of the information.
4. I understand and have the knowledge of the name and address of the agency that is collecting, retaining and using the information.
5. I understand that I have the option not to provide the data or information sought to be collected through the sign- up form made available on www.nura.in for booking packages offered by M/s. NURA * with respect to AI health screening
6. I understand that I also have an option (while filling the sign-up form made available through www.nura.in for booking packages offered by M/s. NURA * with respect to AI health screening), to withdraw my consent given to M/s. NURA * while filling the sign-up form made available through www.nura.in for booking packages offered by M/s. NURA * with respect to AI health screening and understand and accept that such withdrawal of the consent shall be sent via email to the Grievance Officer grievance@nura.in
